The manufacturers of the drugs said that the safety of Sildenafil was not confirmed by the FDA in relation to nitroglycerin. They stated that it is not used by the elderly patients.
According to the makers of the drug, it was found that there was a higher level of nitroglycerin in the blood of patients using Sildenafil.
The manufacturers have said that the drug will not affect the patients’ ability to get or maintain an erection and will only help with the ED symptoms of patients. It is not intended to treat the symptoms of impotence. The manufacturers have not commented on the safety of the drug.

The deal, known generically as Vardenafil, will provide Pfizer with $2.3 billion in cash and a $1.9 billion share of the remaining U. S. erectile dysfunction drugs, according to a Pfizer spokeswoman. The remaining products include the Viagra and Cialis drugs.
Pfizer’s stock price fell 2 percent Friday after the news, but the company’s stock ended a two-month decline.
It’s the second biggest U. drugmaker amid a massive generic competition from Novartis AG, which announced on Nov. 11 that it would sell the drugmaker’s generic version of Viagra to rival Cialis.
The two-month trial, which will run from Thursday until at least Monday, was designed to help patients who suffer from erectile dysfunction and have not achieved enough of an erection during sexual activity, according to Pfizer.
Pfizer, which launched the Viagra in 1998, said Friday it was “working with our medical team” to develop a treatment that would “increase sexual satisfaction and confidence for men with erectile dysfunction.”
Viagra is the first approved drug for men with erectile dysfunction, which affects roughly 10 percent of men in the U. and includes the impotence drug sildenafil, the company said.
The second-largest U. erectile dysfunction drug, Levitra, is expected to be sold in the United States on Tuesday.
It’s the biggest U. erectile dysfunction drug since Viagra was introduced in 1998, but Pfizer said it expects to make some changes to how the company operates as early as late next year.
The Pfizer subsidiary said Friday that it had acquired the rights to produce the Viagra trial in the United States, where it expects to begin production in May.
The deal is expected to be a “game-changer” for Pfizer’s business model, said Michael Lechleiter, an analyst with WKD hope that the new product will help grow Pfizer’s overall revenue.
The deal is the latest major drugmaker to launch new drugs, which are used to treat more common conditions such as angina and hypertension. Pfizer said it will continue to manufacture the drugs, including the first-ever generic versions of the erectile dysfunction drug.
Pfizer shares ended a 2 percent Friday on a closed-ہ. It was the biggest gain from a loss of $1.13 in today’s closeup.
The drugmaker is also targeting a potential takeover bid for the German company Amneal AG, which develops and markets its generic drugs, including Viagra.
